The Korea Baseball Softball Association (KBSA) will hold a strengthening training camp for the U-18 Women’s National Softball Team from August 21 to August 26 at Sammeri Little Baseball Field in Daejeon.

The U-18 Women’s National Softball Team has been selected to participate in the 2023 U-18 Women’s Softball Asia Cup in Pingtan, China from August 29-September 3.

Jang Jae-ho, formerly of the Hanwha Eagles, was selected as the head coach of the U-18 softball team, while Yoo Kyung-hee, head coach of Seoul Shinjeong High School, and Park Soo-yeon, former head coach of Jinju Foreign High School, will assist Jang.

The training camp is designed to help the U-18 national team improve their game and maximize their performance before participating in the U-18 Women’s Softball Asia Cup. 메이저사이트

The team will focus on strength and conditioning with professional trainers. The team will also play four scrimmages against the Korea National Adult Softball Team to prepare for the fastballs of pitchers from Japan, Taiwan, China and other participating countries.

Coach Jang Jae-ho said, “As it is a short training program, we will be training at night and focus on improving our performance. We will work hard with the coaching staff and players to prepare for the tournament so that we can take third place in the tournament,” said Jang.
